What data this site collects, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. In short: only the address you leave in the form, so that we can tell you about the launch.

Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is ZYONARA SRL, Cluj-Napoca, Romania (VAT RO50971638, Trade Register J2024045853007), the company that develops Mentivira.

The “Tell me at launch” form
When you submit the form, we store your e-mail address, the date and time, the language and the page you submitted it from, plus your browser identifier (user agent), so that we can tell a real sign-up from an automated one.
There is a single purpose: to send you one e-mail when the Mentivira solution becomes available. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time, without affecting what was done before.
The data is kept on our own server, in Romania. We do not sell it, lend it or use it for advertising. We keep it until we send the launch e-mail or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, and then delete it.
Visiting the site
The site uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. Traffic statistics are aggregated and use no cookies.
Traffic passes through the Cloudflare network, our infrastructure provider, which processes technical data (for example the IP address) to deliver and protect the site. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, page, date) for a limited period, for security and operation.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for its deletion, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive it in a portable format. For any of these, write to [email protected]; we answer within one month.
If you consider that your data is not processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
